Minor Domangue|Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Domangue brings over 27 years of crude oil marketing, gathering and midstream business development experience across the Gulf Coast in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Mr. Domangue is responsible for leading Robertson Midstream’s business building efforts including asset acquisitions and crude oil purchasing and marketing. Prior to joining Robertson Midstream, Mr. Domangue helped lead the Gulf Coast commercial operations for Plains All American. At Plains, he focused on crude oil purchasing and marketing, crude oil transportation (truck, pipeline, and barge), midstream development and pipeline commercial operations which included contract negotiations, management of joint venture assets, financial analysis and optimization related activities. Mr. Domangue graduated from Nicholls State University in Thibodeaux LA where he received a B.S. in Marine Biology.

Michael Doise|Chief Financial Officer

Michael Doise brings over 10 years of corporate finance experience to Robertson Midstream. Before joining Robertson Midstream, Michael worked in the Energy Investment Banking Division at the Royal Bank of Canada where he focused on M&A, A&D, and capital market financings across the midstream and E&P sectors. Prior to the Royal Bank of Canada, Michael was the Asset Liability Manager at MidSouth Bank. Michael began his career in 2007 at Morgan Keegan, where he was a bond trader in the Fixed Income Sales & Trading Division. Michael graduated from Louisiana State University where he received a B.S. in Accounting and also holds an M.B.A. from Tulane University.
